Take a ride gondola and lift and then you can reach the top of Happo ski area.
But actually it’s not a top of Happo mountain!
Need NINETY minutes walk from the gondola stop and finally top will appear!
Happo One is not one mountain but made up of several mountains.
To be honest, it is too hard to climb up each top…
There is a beautiful lake called Happo pond and you can enjoy fantastic view from there.
On that day, it was beautiful day and Yarigatake, Happosanzan, and Karamatsu was really clear to see.

When I arrive there, I can feel I am at Kita Alps!
Mountain of Hakuba is huge and deep!
Snow has been left on the top until summer but new snow will cover the mountain again on December.

On the way top, you can view over two forests at the foot of mountain.
One is Wadanono Mori and another is villa area of Misorano.

It’s becoming cooler and cooler these days.
Almost end of September and just 3 months has left until next year.
I feel one year are passing really quickly….

Umm.. rain doesn`t stop.. specially this season whether seems strange that sudden thunderstorm coming so often!
It also makes us wet during our work outside.
So this season, we are trying not to forget to put the umbrella inside the car for showing property.
While property vieing in the rain, of course it is difficult to confirm the sunlight but it is good timing to check the brigntness inside the room in the dark whether and also can check how cool the inside is.
This point is very important in the summer season.

I think it is a matter of how to think.
Think posiitive and do the thing we can.

We are now producing the property in Hakuba but the one I show you is not in Hakuba…
It also in Nagano prefecture but more closer to Matsumoto city.
But the style of this building is amazing!!
This is full renovated property but when do you think this building made??
Answer is “No one really knows”.
At least it built before the 1950s.

Local architect where we are tagging is doing this kind of project as well.
They have done this renovation for 3 months and change it brilliantly by keeping the style of ancient Japanese style combine with modern facility for inside.
Of course, the quality of building is based on current standard so no anxious for earthquake!

Do you know “Engawa”?? This is some sort of Japanese terrace the space for basking in the sun and having some chat with the family or friend to relax.
This “Engawa” usually set on 1st floor to invite some people.

This is also another unique project now thinking to advertise to give back the memory of ancient Japan to enjoy the stay in local.

This is the first time I fill in this column!
Last week, I went to Hakuba to check our property.
We are mainly producing the property in Tokyo but often visit Hakuba looking for property as a resort.
You may imagine what a beautiful season in the winter but this season is a hottest season for ski resort.

After viewing the property in Kachidoki, we stopped by “LaLaport Toyosu” to have some lunch!
It is a brand new shopping mall which has a variety of shops and restaurants.

We choose the restaurant “Food Circus” serving meals all around the world.
Couples, families, and girls were having various foods. Indian curry, Thai noodle, ramen, and pasta, etc..
This is a kind of food court style restaurant but actually taste was pretty nice!

There is also United Cinemas, UNIQLO, and many cloth shops in here.
If you have a chance, try to visit LaLaport Toyosu!

I dropped in Senzoku station for property viewing.
This station is really clean and piece of the silent.
It’s not a big station but there is a Tokyu Store, DOUTOR, and cleaning store inside.
Senzoku is the place where Princess Masako used to live.
Not as famous as Denenchofu but here is a hidden luxurious residential place.
Try to visit and feel the environment yourself!

Hakuba is well known in winter season but many visitors visit in summer as well.

We went to a restaurant in Roppongi Hills with my previous customers who have a long –standing relationship with us.
They live in Japan more than ten years and know Japan very much.

Restaurant served a tasty course meal but wine is a little bit expensive.
Next time, I’d like to have Yakitori or Japanese food with them.

As many media picks up, the value of Tokyo real estate goes down comparing last year.
But there is a big gap between each area, especially suburbs have a big downslide.
