Hi, I would like to introduce each area in Tokyo to help you decide the area which you might like.
Start from Oyama-cho in west side of Shibuya-ku.
This place locates beween Keo-line and Odakyu-line.
Yoyogi-uehara and Higashi-kitazawa stn. on Odakyu-line, and Sasazuka stn. on Keo line are the closest station.
Houses are most and a few low-rise apartments are located.
Here is well known as a high price residential area.
Recommended for family and elders but many slopes and hills are around here.

Probably, today is the most cold day in this winter here in Tokyo.
Snow falls, Kids are running around the city and traffic are congested.


But on to see our business, probably today is not the cold day.
Seeing through this real estate field, people seems to start watching carefelly for both economy and reflection on each field.
Some say yes, some say no...

It should have reflection from the economy in every field.
But there is a timing.
Probably this "timing" have in every field.

Of course there is no corroboration about this timing.
But I do think that there are some TIPS to foresee this timing.

Finally, I decide Kichijoji for my next location to live.
I used to go to university in Kichijoji and lived for one year as I was 2nd year student.
So feel familiar with there and I know what is where and where I should for doing and getting something.

What is most I like is Inokashira-koen which is South side of station.
You can see seasonal changes.
In spring, great cherry blossoms appear with all pink color and lot of people who gather to celebrate for blooming are drank.
Sunlight though Green leaves and many people rest under the shadow and animals in the Inokashira zoo are playing or sleeping in summer.
Of course red and yellow colored leaves appear in Autumn and children, elderly, art students are drawing or taking pictures.
In winter, fell fresh cold air and can see ice on the pond. People enjoy hot coffee from café around park.

Anyway, if you find the place which you prefer to live, go on to find the property which meets your requirements!

My home town is Chiba and my family lives there.
The closest station from my house is Hasama stn. on Tozai line which Nakano stn. dwells.
And my closest friend lives in Ogikubo which locates 3 stops from Nakano stn on Chu-o line.
Yes, Nakano is really convenient location if I think where I often go.

Chu-o line is popular for many tenants and I like that line, too.
Koenji has a lot of used cloth shops, big shopping stores are in Ogikubo, Kichijoji is fashionable and has a beautiful park called Inokashira-park, and Greenery and good residential area is Mitaka.

Area is really important for me to choose the property!
I would like to find the suitable property on Chu-o line.

I’m now living in Nakano which is 3 stops from Shinjuku on Chuo-line.
Moved in last March and lived with my friend from Thailand.
However, she needs to back to Thailand next month so recently I’m planning to relocate once again to rental room by cheaper rents.

What I consider as a first step is choosing area.
Nakano is convenient place to live and reasonable price for groceries.
Where I live is close to 100 yen shop, library, family restaurant, shops opening until 10, and many convenience store.
And just less than 15 min by train to my office in Shibuya.

But a little bit expensive comparing with East and more West side of Tokyo.
If I go up to North or change to miner line, rents will be more cheaper and condition of property becomes much greater.

If you look for the property, will you take area or quality of property??

Today is Valentine ’s Day!

In Japan, this is the time when women send chocolate to men who she loves.
It became popular in this couple of decade so actually it was not well known as it is.

I think now every generation from child to adult, maybe especially students enjoy this event.
You can give chocolate not only for one who you love but usually send one who you would like to appreciate. We call Giri choko(Obligation chocolate).

For me, it is one of the most enjoyable events!
Making chocolate and expressing what I feel to one.
As I was a student, of course presents to my father, brother, teachers, and one who I liked.

On the other hand, Valentine is the time for any shops and departments stores can earn income from selling chocolates and valentine gifts.
You can see many long queues in the stores to buy chocolates, cakes, packages, presents..
Recently to expand the target to men, even commercial comes up, which Men give chocolate to women.

Anyway, I would like to say Happy Valentines day for every women and men!

Time is passing so quick!
Now its already February and my sence of time is still in "Happy New Year".


Since the economic crise hits through the world and welcome 2009 and in this real estate market,I have been feeling that some changes seems coming these days.

This is the thing we can say to eavery field is that, "sun will rise."
Actually, its not seems rising yet but according from some news, some analyst for real estate is began to expect to seek the exit of this economic disaster and some people began to move their action to get good ones.


I also do feel that this "timing of making action" is difficult fact but feeling this timing is coming close as well.

Do you know where Chofu is?
Chofu is on Kio line and locates East side of Tokyo.

I visited Jazz club which is about 10 minutes apart from “Chofu” station.
Name is Ginz, good homelike atmosphere, great smile and responsive bar tenders,
AND you can have really awesome performance!!!!!!

It was first time for me to go there even though I sometimes go to bar for Jazz live.
It’s so impressive that my eyes are haunted by their play and my ears can not off from their sound.
Especially drum, his play was just amazing as if he has 10 arms or something.
You can also drink and have dinner there and different bands play every night.

There are lots of enjoyable and exciting places you might not to know yet.
Try to find your special place outside of central Tokyo!
