Since the news of hog flu covered over the world, seems many people trying to taken care of
their health and gaze of latest news.
In Japan, mask to cover the mouth to avoid this flue has been sell out in the pharmacy.
Seems many people becomes sensitive about this phenomenon but sometimes to stay calm is also important way to deal with.
Probably, it is a matter of balance between sensibility and natural.
But this is the thing makes everyone difficult...
But anyway, I also try not to get this flu and hope to work with refreshment!

Its getting warmer...
Since the season is welcoming May and about to be in June.
June, we call it "Tsuyu" season in Japan.
Humidity becomes higher and rain drops falling often.
But the temperature is getting higher and hot.
For real estate, temperature is also getting hotter.
As compare with several months ago, movement of real estate seems start accelerating.
By comparing with the current economy,
bad news becomes few which makes the people brave to move into action.
It is also good news and movement for us.
After June,it will gets more hot and humid, I also hope the market will recover in proportion to this season.

Let’s move on to Meguro Area
Meguro is one of the popular area for residence because of convenient and peaceful.
Meguro station on Yamanote line is actually not in Meguro-ku but Shinagawa-ku
And in fact, Ebisu Garden place is in Meguro-ku.
There is a big slope and shops and restaurants locate along.
Sakura trees cover Meguro liver and many people visit here for viewing sakura in spring and use as a running rote or walking path.
Toyoko, Meguro, Denentoshi is the major lines and many commuters from Kanagawa prefecture takes these lines.
Just my personal preference but I like Meguro.
And would like to move in there near future…

Around “Tamachi” station on Yamanote line, there are lots of shops and restaurants.
Factories and manufacturing buildings locate more in East side.
But many high tower condos have been rebuilt in these several years after an old factory site.
Especially, you can see population incrimination in Shibaura 4-chome.
“Shibaura Inland Glob Tower” which has 49 stories is built in 2008 and becomes a land mark of residential building.
Shiba Park locates just south of Tokyo tower.
Library, hotel, and school are in the park and a promenade is well known as a date spot due to having a good view point of Tokyo tower.
